Product Introduction: Graphite paper is made by chemically treating high carbon flake graphite and then expanding and rolling it at high temperatures. It is the basic material for manufacturing various graphite seals.

Appearance features

Machinability: Graphite paper can be die cut into different sizes, shapes, and thicknesses, and can provide die cut flat boards with thicknesses of 0.8/1.0 and 2.0/3.0mm.

High temperature resistance: Graphite paper can be used at temperatures up to 650 ℃ and as low as -40 ℃.

High thermal conductivity: The maximum in-plane thermal conductivity of graphite paper can reach 1500W/mK, with a thermal resistance 40% lower than aluminum and 20% lower than copper.

Flexibility: Graphite paper can be easily laminated with metal, insulation layers, or double-sided tape to increase design flexibility, and can have adhesive on the back.

Lightweight: Graphite paper is 30% lighter than aluminum of the same size and 80% lighter than copper.
