CSP-01/03 , Gasket Materials With Controlled Swell Properties

Description:

Gasket Material With Controlled Swell Properties
                                                                                             Technical Values
Material Model CSP-01/03
Basis Aramid fibers, inorganic fillersSynthetic or mineral fibers
Binder NBR-Nitrile Butadiene Rubber
Characteristic Description
  1. CSP is a soft cushion material with controllable expansion characteristics, which can absorb oil.
  2. It is specially designed for sealing at low surface stress on rough or uneven sealing flanges. The controled swelling of gasket material in such case compensate the loss of specific surface pressure in application.
  3. They have different thermomechanical properties and chemical resistance to endure at different loadings, even the most demanding conditions.
Applicable Medium Fuel, lubricating oil, transmission oil, engine oil, air, water, low acidity, low alkalinity, etc
Application Field Gearboxes, Diesel Engines, Air Compressors, Gasoline Engines, Motorcycles, Construction Machinery, General Machinery, Etc.
Application Temperature
                 Continuous -40℃~300℃
                  Max. Peak 350
