Description

• Graphite composite board, also known as reinforced graphite board or high-strength graphite board, is a sealing material made by pressing a metal toothed plate, metal mesh plate or metal flat plate with pure graphite paper composite roller.
• The commonly used inner reinforcement materials for graphite composite panels include SS304, SS316L, or tinplate, with a thickness of 0.05~0.2mm.
• There are generally several forms of composite reinforcement, including sprint plate composite reinforcement and flat plate composite reinforcement.

Performance Characteristics

1. It has good corrosion resistance, high/low temperature resistance, radiation resistance, good compression resilience and high strength.
2. The required pre tightening force is smaller than that of metal gaskets and metal wrapped gaskets, and the requirements for flange surfaces are not high.
3. It is a relatively economical and practical sealing material.

Applicable Media: acid, alkali, steam, various solvents and oils, etc.

Application Areas: Sealing parts at flange connections, pipelines, valves, pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, condensers, generators, air compressors, exhaust pipes.
